Mahan is a beautiful city in southeastern Iran in Kerman province. The city of Mahan is located 28 km south-east of Kerman city and in 2006, its population was 16,778. Mahan city is the center of the Mahan section in the city of Kerman, according to the country’s divisions.

Due to its location on the slopes of Jupar and Pulvar mountains, this city has one of the best weather of all regions of Kerman province and it is considered as one of the tourism city of Iran.

Shazdeh Garden(Prince’s Garden)

One of the landmarks of Mahan is the Shazdeh Garden, which was built during the Qajar era by Abdul Hameed Mirza, ruler of this region and has been the headquarters of Kerman for many years. The garden is 407 meters long and nearly 136 meters in width, and covers an area of ​​about 4.5-5 hectares.

There is a historic bath in the Prince’s Garden, which is composed of a beautiful building and various parts.
Tomb of Shah Nematollah Vali
The tomb of Shah Nematollah Vali is also in Mahan. Shah Nematollah Vali was one of the Sufis and philosophers of Safavid era and his ancestry backs to Imam Musa Kazim.

Windmill tourist and restaurant complex of Kerman, is the largest windmill structure in the Middle East, which has a ceremonial use. The building of this restaurant/coffee shop is one of the most unique structures designed and implemented in Iran, its exterior structure with a height of 26 meters and a diameter of 12 meters, made in Dutch windmills style, and its interior part consists of 2 floors of the lounge and a kitchen floor and Facilities.
